The following downloadable LaTeX forms are available on Overleaf and should be used for authorization requests related to missions, visiting periods abroad, and occasional external collaborations.

Submission guidelines
- Research reports and activity summaries must be submitted according to the deadlines communicated by the PhD Coordinator.
- Mission requests and visiting periods abroad should be prepared and submitted before the activity starts.
- Requests for occasional external collaborations require prior authorization and must be compatible with the PhD training and research activities.
- After editing the template on Overleaf, students should download the compiled PDF and submit it through the official channel indicated by the Coordinator or the administrative office.
